Yes! I was food poisoned! (If ever there was such a phrase). I was down on Monday lunch after a tasty (but somehow tasted not right right when I think about it) meal of Mee Siam from a certain store in International Plaza run by two aunties. This is not the first time I had taken their Mee Siam, in fact, I think that it tastes quite nice and the great irorny is that my manager ate Mee Siam for lunch from there as well but she did not suffer from any ill effects at all. I have a theory that is was because she ate there and I asked her to 'ta pao' back and I was super 'sway' (unlucky) to get 'infected'.

The good part about this is that I got 2 days MC which I used most efficiently - sleeping, not eating much, going to the loo at least 15 times in one day and mostly groaning in pain on my bed if I wasn't alseep. It was one bad food poisoning indeed. But hey, I only work 3 days this week so I had a 'shorter' work week (with more compressed workload)...heh...

It's a Friday and I am OTing! Woohoo! But it's okie...going home soon in a cab proudly paid by my company to all hardworking employees like me who stay back to blog...errr...I mean to work. Yippee!
